Outstanding performance by Kokoi Baldo on the Knockout rounds obtained a standing ovation from Lea Salonga and Sarah Geronimo.
Kokoi Baldo gave out another remarkable performance as he belted out the song "Bilog na naman ang buwan" which was sung by Tropical Depression.
With the reggae feel, Kokoi astounded the judges as well as the audience. It was a fresh performance because of the new genre that he brought to the Voice of the Philippines season 2.
Kokoi Baldo battled against Jason Fernandez and Shaira Cervancia. According to Coach Lea, he stood out form the rest. He gave out a "complete" performance.
He became an instant star when he first performed at the Blind Auditions of The Voice singing the song "One Day" which had gone viral over the net.
Kokoi was one of the singers who will be advancing to the live performances of the Voice along with his teammates, Jason Dy, Jason Fernandez, Mark Douglas Dagal, Monique Lualhati and Poppert Bernadas.

Although they knew that the Pope is not going to visit Cebu, the inmates of the City still gave out their best performance as a celebration of Pope Francis visit here in the Philippines.
The inmates performed another dance which they were known for. The presentation started of with a Gregorian Chant as they took their places for the formation. The performance happened on January 15.
Then the song, "We are all God's children" played and the inmates danced as if it was their last performance.
Based on the statement of the Lead Choreographer Vince Morales, The inmates were so dedicated with what they were doing that it only took them 2 days to complete the whole routine.
They also asked the opinion of several priests to make sure that their performance would be presentable.
It may be a simple act but it was their way to show how much they appreciate that the Pope took the time and effort to visit Philippines especially those who were devastated by Yolanda.

Pope Francis' bright smile flashed upon Jamie Rivera and the children that sang the Papal Visit Theme Song. This happened on Friday at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Jamie Rivera sang the song, "We Are All God's Children". She was accompanied by a number of children that was doing the interpretation of the song through hand gestures and dance steps.
The song is focused on "humility" and "solidarity with the poor and mercy to the weak". Just like the main focus of the Papal Visit that focuses to the mercy and compassion to children and the poor.
Pope's visit in the country is to enlighten the Filipino people that there is hope. Despite the problems, Pope Francis wanted to show them that you just have to be strong to face another day.
The audience swayed together as Jamie Rivera sung the song from the bottom of her heart. They were holding a flashing light as a sign of support.
After the performance, Jamie Rivera and the children approached Pope Francis on stage. The children were lucky that they were there beside the Pope. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity.

In Seattle, a Labrador named Eclipse has been travelling by riding a bus without her owner. It may sound odd but the story has been confirmed by the local transit agency, King County Metro Transit.
The dog became familiar to most of the drivers as well as the commuters of the area. The amazing dog would ride a bus then goes to a seat and patiently waits for his stop to come.
After four stops, Eclipse would gladly wag its tail indicating that she had reached her stop that will be heading to a dog park nearby.
This story was shared by a local DJ named Miles Montgomery on his radio show in Seattle Station KISW.
According to Montgomery, "She jumps up and sits down, and I start petting her and the guy beside me says 'oh yeah, that's that dog that rides the bus to the dog park every day, by herself'"

They both have the physical appearance of the celebrities that they were impersonating but the Jhong Hilario lacks the talent in dancing that the real celebrity has.
