In this x-ray you can clearly see the 5-centimeter nail that was found in a man’s head after he came to a Seoul, South Korean hospital, complaining about a severe headache. After the man was interviewed and examined by doctors, the doctors speculated that the nail got there as a result of an accident 4 years earlier, but that the man did not know there was a nail stuck in his head.
