This dad's reply to the song 'Rude' by Canadian reggae band, Magic! is brutally honest and hilarious!

After Benji Cowart heard the song from Tennessee , the line "I'm gonna marry her anyway" struck him so he decided to revise the lyrics and record his own version with his wife Jenna. He uploaded his cover on his youtube channel entitled: "Rude Cover (The Dad's side of the Story)"

It's nice to hear it from a father's point of view - and he is a sweet father not a rude one. Well at least he explains as to why he said no. As what he said, he has just gotta do what a dad should do. He is just protecting his daughter and as a dad, he wants what's best for her.

The video quickly gone viral with 5 million hits by the end of the day it was published. Currently, the video has 12 million views as of writing. The video was posted last July 2014, and has gotten attention with over 9,000 comments.
